FAQ Answer #1

  • We would like to take this opportunity to thank our many clients who have an
established history of supporting us by faithfully paying for services rendered.

Communication is vital to developing and maintaining a professional relationship
between owner and veterinarian.  Billing is offered as a convenience to our
established clients to consolidate fees into one monthly statement and to make it
unnecessary for the owner to be present at every appointment.  However, in
return we expect payment to be made in full each month.  Billing privileges for
new clients may be established by placing a credit card on file with the office.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, (credit and debit) as well as checks, money
    orders, cash and care credit.

Please consider filling out and returning the credit card authorization form to
cover unexpected eventualities such as emergencies while you are out of town
or unforeseen financial situations, which might jeopardize your account status.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emergency services may not be available to accounts with past due balances or
history of late payments unless a credit card authorization is on file.  Credit will
not be extended to accounts past due.
