- Becoming a client at Southside Equine Clinic is easy. We love new clients, whether they have had
many horses for years or just acquired their first horse. You can stop by during business hours and
our office staff will get the necessary information, or you can do it online. Just fill out our client
information form. Then, if you want to setup billing privileges, fill out our credit card authorization
form. You can email the forms to us, send by USPS, or drop them by. Wasn't that easy?
